The Imbizo Conference Centre in Empangeni was alive with excitement on November 22, 2024, as eight remarkable women took to the stage for the prestigious Miss Icora FM pageant. This annual event, a celebration of beauty, creativity, and purpose, showcased the contestants’ talents while reaffirming Icora FM’s commitment to empowering young women.

The evening kicked off with electrifying dance performances that set a vibrant tone. Contestants stunned the audience with their creativity, presenting self-designed outfits that reflected their unique personalities.

More than just a competition, the Miss Icora FM pageant highlights the station’s dedication to nurturing personal growth and leadership among young women. From workshops to mentorship sessions leading up to the event, the contestants were equipped with skills and confidence that extend far beyond the stage.

The evening’s crowning moment belonged to Mandisa Khuboni, who earned the title of Miss Icora FM 2024/25 with her poise and charm. Anele Mafuleka took 1st Runner-Up, with Vuyelwa Masoka and Faith Zungu claiming 2nd and 3rd Runner-Up positions, respectively.
